Deactivate all the other wireless networks within the printer’s Wi-Fi range in order to avoid connection problems. Check the internet connection speed by linking the router to a mobile device. Power up your router that is connected to a Wireless Access Point and ensure that the WAP has an active internet connection. After it activates, it begins to search for the available networks and displays them on the printer’s control panel.
